When this webpage started it was going to be just a collection of some emails I had received and I liked the most. And it was going to be mainly emails in Spanish, because I didn't want to translate all the emails into English. But I have a couple of friends who know very well English and they have sent me some interesting emails in English. Furthermore, my pen pal also has sent to me a beautiful and so touching email that I recommend to you: If I had my life to live over. Most of the emails in Spanish aren't translated to English and vice versa. Very few of them have both versions.

In my Spanish introduction I warn to my friends about hoaxes, which are some kind of jokes. Sometimes, they came saying it is a virus on your computer and it is not. Sometimes they asked you to erase some file, because it is supposedly a virus, and it is a very important file of the system for the computer could work. I suggest searching the name of the supposed virus in Altavista, Google, Yahoo, etc., and you will find some qualified pages that inform you if it is a virus or a hoax.

Also I warn about the chain of emails that have the purpose of colleting emails addresses. I hate when an email says something like "If you send this email to ten friends, you will have a bit good of luck, if you send this email to 20 friends will have a lot of good luck...and so on." Therefore, some beautiful emails I have uploaded here in this "Corner of Varieties", as I have named the site, are cleaned of that kind of nonsense. Anyway, in these cases don't use forward button, instead copy and paste the email in a new one. It is recommended in order to avoid sending all that enormous quantity of emails addresses that are used to send all the junk mail you hate to see when you open your inbox.

As always, I will appreciate any correction to my English paragraphs since I know my English is not perfect, although I'm trying to improve it.
